| Tl- the contact rented a 2011 chrysler town and country. the contact stated the passenger middle rear captain seat heads rest failed. the four year sitting in the car seat placed in the captain seat pulled the head rest lever; the head rest came out of place the captain seat turned over face down with the baby in it. the passenger sitting in the rear was injured while he attempted to put the captain seat and head rest back in place. the manufacturer took a report 20421645. the failure and the current mileage were 174. li | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 chevrolet traverse lt. when the contact lowered the rear windows while driving at 65mph the vehicle made a loud noise and shook violently. the manufacturer took a report 71863208759. the manufacturer advised to lower the front windows first to let the air pressure out, before lowering rear windows they also advised the failure was an engineering defect. the failure mileage was 1,500 and the current mileage was 2,000. li | |||
