Defect Summary | Certain delphi fuel pressure regulators, p/nos. fp10020-11b1, fp10026-11b1, and fp10027-11b1, sold after january 9, 2007, as aftermarket equipment for various passenger vehicles listed above. the universal pressure regulators (upr) were produced without an o'ring and retainer. | |||||||||||||||

Antifreeze leaks came through a/c heat vent. anytime air or heat was blowing a odor got inside vehicle. 7 times consumer has been told something different. heater core/ intake manifold, and radiator has been acknowledged as the problem. this time water pump was the cause. unles vehicle duplicatef the problem, dealer would not be able to find the remedy.*ak | |||

On three occasions the fuel injector system failed causing engine to decelerate from 60 mph to 25 mph resulting in loss of control which almost caused collision. however there is a technical service bulletin number 77-63-04 for 1994-1998 vehicles describing the same failure. *yc | |||
