| Chevrolet corvette. consumer writes in regards to vehicle fire. *smd the consumer stated after putting the cover on the vehicle and leaving outside over night, the next morning he discovered the vehicle was on fire and smoldering with smoke. he grabbed a hose and quickly put it out and called 911. the fire department was unable to determine the cause the of the fire. however, the consumer decided to hire a forensic arson vehicle investigator who determined the cause of the fire was an electrical malfunction in the fuel filler door. *jb | |||
