Tl-the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet equinox. the contact stated that the rear passenger side seat belt failed. the seat belt retractor would not retract and caused a child passenger to become trapped in the booster seat with the seat belt chocking the child. the contact had to cut the seat belt in order to release the child passenger. the manufacturer denied assistance with the repair. the failure mileage was 59,700 and the current mileage was 59,822. kmj | |||
