| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet equinox. the contact was in cruise control at 70 mph and when the contact tried to release the cruise, the vehicle did not respond. the contact was unable to stop the vehicle using the brakes. the contact stated that the vehicle got up to a high speed of 85 mph. the caller had to place the vehicle in neutral before the vehicle could be slowed. the contact was not sure if the brakes responded or if the vehicle was stopped by the brakes. the contact had the dealer inspect the vehicle and was told that there were no problems found on the vehicle. the vehicle is no being driven at this time. the failure mileage and current mileage was 17449.rl | |||
