| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet express van. the contact was driving and came across a dark road. the contact needed to use the high beams and when they turned them on it blew out all of the lighting. the contact started moving and turning the headlights on and off, but the high beams no longer worked. the dealer inspected the vehicle and stated both light bulbs burned out. the contact was confused, because they were able to get the low beams to work. the low beam head lights and high beam head lights are the same bulb and the dealer stated the failure happened to both head lights at the same time. the failure mileage and current mileages was 37405.rl | |||
