| We have company vehicles that have firestone steel tex radial r45 tires on them, we have had 3 occurences in which the tires have blown. they look like the tread has just been peeled off. luckily no one was injured in the later 2 of these occurences, but one blow out did injure not only an employee but another person, and did total a vehicle. we do still have these on some other of our vehicles. i do know that they did have a recall on these type of tires in may, but they say they have all damaged tires in hand, but i am not so sure about that, since we are experiencing these problems with these same types of tires. i am including the date of the last occurence, and will supply dates of the other 2 when available. *la | |||
