| Tl* the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet hhr. the contact stated that while driving 50 mph and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle abnormally accelerated. the contact was able to drive onto the emergency lane without incident and shut off the engine. he was able to contact onstar who advised the contact to restart the engine. upon doing so, the vehicle began to accelerate without the accelerator or brake pedal being depressed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for further inspection. the failure and current mileages were 4,000. | |||
