 Tl- the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet hhr. the contact stated that while driving, she heard a loud rubbing sound near the front of the vehicle. the contact mentioned that while inflating the tires she ended up putting 60 pounds of pressure due to the tire pressure monitoring system malfunctioning. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnose that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 70,000. the vin was unavailable. pmb

 I own a 2009 hhr ss. the truck was taken into service department a the dealership because of excessive noise from the front end of the truck. it was determined that three wheel stud bolts were sheared off the front driver side wheel. this could have caused a fatal accident of the truck had been driven at speed of a highway. to date there has been to because found other than a possible factory defect in the wheel stud bolts. *tr
