 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet impala. the contact stated that she felt that the accelerator pedal and brake pedal were too close which caused her to depress both at the same time. the contact felt that the parking brake release was too high up. the contact feels that the vehicle is unsafe due to the structure of her vehicle. the manufacturer was contacted via mail and she recieved a call that advised her to see the dealer. the dealer was unable to assist her. the failure mileage was 37,500. tb
