 Tl-the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet malibu. the contact stated that after parking, the vehicle failed to start. the contact stated that the vehicle would only start after being off for approximately two hours. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnose that the anti theft device, the tumbler and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. the failure recurred. also, the horn and the turning signals also turn on independently. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 120,000 and the current mileage was 145,000.pmb

 Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet malibu. the contact has had to have repairs performed on the vehicle ever since the time of purchase. she lost control of the steering while driving various speeds. two mechanics stated that the steering rack was defective. the contact put 18,000 miles on the vehicle within two years. the failure mileage was 94,000 and current mileage was 110,000.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet malibu. while leaving the highway at an unknown speed, the contact noticed that the turn signals failed. the failure has occurred several times. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, but they could not determine the cause of the intermittent failure. the dealer replaced the upper and lower head gasket seal, but the failure was not corrected. the rack and pinion failed and was replaced in 2006 and again in october of 2008. the failure mileage was 30,000 and current mileage was 52,300.

 After coming to a complete stop, applied gas, vehicle would not accelerate. contacted dealer. tie rod bolt had fallen off.*akconsumer was able to manuever the vehicle to a nearby gas station. the worker at the service station noticed the left front tire was turned sideways. the vehicle was towed to the dealer. consumer asked for a replacement but was told the only recourse was to repair it. *jg
