 Tl* the contact owns a 2011 chevrolet malibu. the contact stated that the windshield wiper blades did not fully clear the window in cold weather. the contact took the vehicle to two separate dealers. the first dealer stated that the wipers were operating as designed while the second dealer stated that the rubber used for the wipers seemed to contract away from the windshield in cold weather. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 25 and the current mileage was 4,900.
