 2006 chevrolet malibu maxx. consumer states brake failure and increased acceleration *tgw the consumer stated as she made a right turn into a parking space, she applied the brake pedal, and it went all the way to the floor which resulted in the her crashing into a concrete pillar. the consumer also stated the air bags did not deploy. the consumer stated she had a second accident where she applied the brakes and they failed to respond which caused her to crash into another vehicle. *jb

 Tl *- the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet malibu max. the contact stated that the vehicle was involved in a crash and was hit by another vehicle on the passenger front side and the front end was pushed through an intersection into a utility pole. the contact stated that the vehicle was traveling at 20-25 mph. upon impact, none of the air bags deployed. the contact stated that no one was in the front passenger seat. the current and failure mileage were 17265. *ak the consumer then hit a pole. updated 03/07/07. *jb
