 Driver's seat moves back and forth and will not lock in place. vehicle accelerated and seat flew back on acceleration. vehicle has been in at dealer one time for intermittent problem. dealer was correcting the problem. *ak consumer stated that the tilt wheel control froze in one position, dealer adjusted tilt steering. center console hard to open, dealer adjusted console.

 Following are problems i have had with this vehicle since owning it. all of which i feel has caused me great inconvenience, and recently too much money. i have sent letters to gmc just today to see if they are going to do anything about the inconvenience and cost. october 21, 2002 at 4035 miles the idler arm was replaced, (under warranty) at doan chevy. somewhere around january 2003, a sensor for the heater shield was replaced under warranty at doan chevy. march 4, 2004 at 26,345 miles the idler arm was again replaced under warranty at doan chevy. march 29, 2004 the drivers

 Consumer stated vehicle was leaking gear oil out of the rear end. took vehicle to the dealer three times for repairs, and each time they did not repair it properly. consumer had to take it back again after a while. vehicle was in the repair shop for fourth time. mechanic kept insisting that rack and pinion was the problem. *ak
