 Involved in a head on collision with a 15' high rock berm at 50 mph. after hitting the rocks the truck lifted and flipped onto the passenger side. four of five occupants sustained minor injuries. the airbags failed to deploy during collision.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet silverado 1500. over the last six weeks, the vehicle has been in the shop five times regarding the air bag system. the dealer has been unable to correct the failure or determine if the air bags are operable. the contact notified general motors, but they have yet to respond. they did, however, state that the service from the dealer was satisfactory. the air bag sensor continues to illuminate. the failure mileage was 24,000 and current mileage was 26,204.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet silverado 1500. while driving between 35-40 mph, the front air bags failed to deploy during a front end crash. general motors has not been notified. the contact sustained bruising and a sprained ankle. her daughter sustained a severely bruised hip and her son is experiencing severe muscle aches. the police was called to the scene and a report was filed. the current and failure mileages were 43,000.

 Dt*: the contact stated while attempting a u-turn at 40mph, there was a loss of control, the vehicle struck a tree and the airbags did not deploy. the contact was wearing a seatbelt however, minor injuries were sustained. the vehicle sustained extensive damage to the front end. although there was a crash, the police were not contacted. the vehicle was towed to an independent body repair shop, but the airbags were not inspected.
