 Tl-the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet silverado 1500. while the contact was driving approximately 55 mph in rainy weather conditions, the vehicle hydroplaned and then crashed into a cement wall on a bridge. the front passenger seat belt would not engage properly and caused the occupant to move forward with force. the airbag deployment resulted to no personal injury. a police report was filed of the incident. the vehicle was towed to an auto collision center. the failure mileage was approximately 58,000. the vin was unavailable. js
