 Tl* the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet silverado 1500. while driving approximately 20-35 mph, the vehicle abnormally accelerated. the contact applied the brakes and shifted into neutral. the failure recurred three times and the vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection. the dealer advised that the contact has possibly engaged the cruise control haphazardly, causing the failure. the dealer neither inspected the vehicle nor performed a diagnostic test. the failure persisted and also, the vehicle would exhibit a delay in decelerate for at least four seconds after disengaging the brakes. the vehicle was taken to the dealer a second time yet the contact was advised that the failure was normal for the vehicle and was not repaired. the failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 6,000.

 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet silverado 1500. while driving approximately 20-35 mph the vehicle accelerated on its on. he stated he let the vehicle accelerated and then he engaged the brake, and placed the vehicle in neutral. he stated the failure had occurred three times. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer advised him that he probably hit the cruise control. he stated the vehicle was never checked by the dealer. the contact stated the failure continued. the contact stated it takes the vehicle 3 to 4 seconds to decelerate after letting off the gas. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the failure and he was advised the failure was normal. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was unknown the current mileage was 6,000. vwb

 Tl* the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet silverado 1500. the contact was driving 2 mph in reverse in a residential driveway and there was a three to five second delayed response before the vehicle decelerated. the vehicle was able to stop when the brakes were applied. the contact stated that the failure recurred at various speeds. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and they informed the contact that the vehicle was operating normally. the failure mileage was 2,000.
