| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban. the contact stated that the door handle has been replaced five times. three times under warranty and two times at the owners expense. both rear door exterior handles were replaced and the drivers side and passenger side in the front were replaced. the dealer technicians stated that the failure is due to a manufacturing defect. general motors/chevrolet claims no knowledge of the defect. gm case # 71833954683. the failure mileage was approximately 33,372. the current mileage is approximately 106,000. rd | |||
