| Tl - the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet silverado. the contact stated while driving the cruise control would not disengage. the contact depressed the brake pedal but it failed to stop the vehicle. in order to stop the vehicle he had to shift into neutral gear and turn the vehicle off. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileage was 32,500. rvk | |||
