We have a 2004 chevy silverado 2500hd. we bought the vehicle with 45k miles on it. not long after, the speedometer started acting up. i turned the truck off, restarted and the speedometer was fine. we now have 100k miles on the truck and the speedometer reads 120mph all the time. this has clearly been a huge problem with chevy, but yet they aren't taking responsibility for the problem. the dealerships continue to make $500-$800 on each incident. we've called multiple dealerships and not one of them will cover it.
