Vehicle torque converter slips / disengages on inclines causing the vehicle to roll backwards after trying to proceed after a stop. must be on the gas simultaneously with coming off the brake to prevent rolling backwards into cars or people. happens in drive, third and first. transmission locks in second. torque converter also slips while at idle in gear causing a rough idle situation. *tr
