 Tl- the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet suburban 1500. the contact owns a 2011 graco turbobooster seat, model number 1747302, manufactured on june 10, 2011. the contact stated the owner's manual does not provide adequate instructions for the attachment of the booster seat strap. the size of the hole that the strap travels through was extremely narrow; and both booster seat arms were poorly designed. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vin and failure mileage were unavailable. rvk
