 Passenger seat back moves forward during braking. this poses a potential safety hazard since the seat belt is integral to the seat back. *jb

 The consumer was hit from behind by a pick up which was traveling about 55 mph, upon impact the vehicle went 118 feet through a fence, the second third row seats collapsed as they were pushed forward after impact, the passenger seat came off the track completely, the driver and passenger seats also collapsed during impact and the air bags failed to deploy, driver and passenger sustained back and neck injuries. nlm

 Driver seat back is loose, 1 inch of play in it, when start and stop the seat shifts forward or backward with the movement of the vehicle.

 Rear seat has no heating facility eventhough it was designed with the controls. dealership indicated no corrective solution for problem from manufacturer.*ak

 The center seat that slides forward on the passenger side of vehicle will not remain locked and slides forward when brakes are applied. once the seat is locked you cannot slide if forward to enter the rear seat. the cam mechanism is plasitc and does not work. this is a dangerous problem as i carry 7 children to school each day. *nm

 While driving 55 mph rear passenger side seat collapsed backward with a child seat installed. dealer stated the outboard recline latch failed. the part was repaired twelve times. however, the problem recurred. *ak
