The consumer was hit from behind by a pick up which was traveling about 55 mph, upon impact the vehicle went 118 feet through a fence, the second third row seats collapsed as they were pushed forward after impact, the passenger seat came off the track completely, the driver and passenger seats also collapsed during impact and the air bags failed to deploy, driver and passenger sustained back and neck injuries. nlm | |||

The center seat that slides forward on the passenger side of vehicle will not remain locked and slides forward when brakes are applied. once the seat is locked you cannot slide if forward to enter the rear seat. the cam mechanism is plasitc and does not work. this is a dangerous problem as i carry 7 children to school each day. *nm | |||
