Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban. while driving 10 mph, the power steering spontaneously failed. the contact stated that this failure could cause a crash. the dealer installed a rubber boot on the steering column, but the failure recurred several months later. he took the vehicle back to the dealer, but they could not duplicate the failure and provide a sufficient remedy. the failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 50,000.
