Consequence SummaryIn the event of a vehicle crash, the occupant may not be properly restrained.
Corrective SummaryDealers will inspect the vehicle's safety belt buckle assembly date codes and, if necessary, will replace any safety belt buckle assembly.

 Tailgates cables failure on my 2001 s10 pickup. when trying to load an item the cable broke and caused the item to hit my shin. i was lucky that i wasn't standing on it when it broke. i know this is under investigation.
