| I found out after i had to replace the windshield wiper motor because the wipers would only work intermittently and that there had been a recall. i had purchased a motor and installed it myself to save $100 over the cost of a motor from the dealer, not to mention labor. the dealer would only reimburse me $42, which it said was the cost of the circuit board. at the time i had to replace the motor, the circuit board was not available to me. i only think that i should have been reimbursed for my actual expenses which totaled about $70 for a rebuilt motor. (the dealer wanted $170 for a motor). *ak | |||
