| I was stopped at a red light and as i took off the stabilitrack said it need to be serviced and the engine power was reduced. took to shop and they reset the computer and everything seemed fine. now 4 days later i was in the car wash parked with the car running while i was vacuuming and lost all power and stabilitrack did the same thing. after waiting 10 minutes or so i was able to start the vehicle and drive it to the shop again. they said it is a common problem and it doesn't have a true fix at this point. | |||

| Was driving and when exiting freeway. truck started shaking really bad and traction /stability control light came on. engien light has been coming on and off for about a year. all they do is reset system and comes right back on a few days later. it been well taken care of. bought it in 06 and paid it off in 08. this truck has been giving me many problem since 09. i even have a crake on dash board all the way to air bag since 08. dealer said no recalls and is due to sun! bull.... i have been reading on-line and many people have simalier problems. *tr | |||

| As i was driving down the interstate at a controlled speed of 70mph i suddenly noticed the stability and traction icon came on and off every 2 or 3 minutes. as this happened i felt my engine lose power and the steering wheel locked up for a few seconds. this is now happening every day i drive to work or anywhere i drive over 55mph. i have a 4 month old son and i am petrified at would could happen if this does not get recalled or fixed. i have read that service centers can not fix this. | |||

| I was at a stop light, and the problem happened unexpectedly when i pressed on the gas when the light turned green. my car moved forward just slightly, jerked hard to a complete stop, and it wouldn't drive anymore. i was able to get pushed to the side in neutral, but needed a tow to the dealer. the only working gears were r, 3, 2, and 1. bringing it into the dealer, they confirmed there was a problem with the transmission. i had done some research when this happened and noticed that a lot of people had the same problem, all in the same type of scenario where they were at a complete stop. second issue, not nearly as major is the stabilitrak. the light goes on and off constantly, pretty much from the first year i've had the car. and lastly, the interior chrome door handles have all peeled off and cut me and my passengers several times. the exterior door handles have come loose, the fuel pocket is completely broken, and after a heavy rain, water gets trapped inside the shell of the back door and sloshes around while i'm driving. i have to remove the bottom lining of the door for the trapped water to be released. | |||

| I own a 2007 chevy tahoe ive been having problems with the stabilitrak control traction control and the fuel sender for about a couple of wks warranty that i purchased for my car dont want to cover for this!!!!!!!!!! lights keep turning on loud noise from engine car not running well at all!!!!! | |||

| The cluster readings turned off for a period of time while the vehicle was being driven and not able to see any speed nor gages readouts during a period of over hour, stopped for gas and the vehicle did not started for 10 mins all cluster gages not reding at all but able to turn the lights/radio etc. | |||

| My stabilitrak off, traction control off, abs light, check engine light all came on. my speedometer and other gauges started swinging from left to right and then flatlining, my power locks, locked and unlocked on their own. this happened repetitively as i was driving. i have owned my 2007 chevy tahoe for 18 months and this has occurred 4-5 times, twice in the first 12 months. i have taken to a chevy dealer twice to diagnose and repair the problem but they haven't been able to diagnose problem. *tr | |||

| Battery began to go dead. i would call road service to get it restarted. this has happened several times and *onstar was notified on most occasions of this happening.*onstar was notified due to the contract i have with them for roadside help. this has happened atleast seven times.(using *onstar for assistance on atleast three of these seven times) i have taken it back to the dealership for help with the problem. they replaced the battery. but the real problem is the car just up and shuts down while driving. this has happened twice(i told the dealer about it)and the thing ,other than the safety factor, i'm afraid to drive the car. i travel and i really need a car. i can't afford a secondary vehicle. my family stated nor can you afford to die either!the chance of taken the life of another person,to me,far exceeds the fear i have of loosing my on life. *tr | |||
