| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet tahoe lt with general grabber uhp tires, line size 275/55/r20. the contact stated that the front passenger tire rim was cracked. the dealer advised that the vehicle was safe to drive. within two months, the tire exploded while driving at 60 mph. the dealer replaced the tire at their expense. the vehicle was later inspected and the contact was advised that the front driver side tire exhibited extreme tread wear. the tire was replaced at the contact's expense. on a later date while attempting a turn, the contact drove over the curb. later, he noticed the tire was cracked the same as the front passenger tire was previously cracked. the rear tires were not replaced. the tire dot number and vin were not available. the failure mileage was 6,000 and the current was 16,000. *kmj | |||
