| Tl - the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated that while driving on the snow the windshield and the wipers started to freeze on the right and left side. she also mentioned that although the defroster was turned on it failed to clear the windshield making it impossible to see. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who did not offered any assistance since they could not alter the vehicle design and referred her to call nhtsa. the manufacturer was not contacted. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileage was 13,500. pm | |||
