| Tl*the contact owns a 2003 chevrolet tracker. when the contact applies pressure to the brakes, the vehicle vibrates excessively. when she attempted to stop the vehicle, the brakes failed without warning. she had to apply the emergency brake in order to stop. the vehicle has been taken to a professional mechanic on several occasions, in which they replaced the brakes, cylinders, and calipers. the vehicle continues to fail because the failure cannot be corrected. the failure and current mileages were 59,000. | |||

| Vehicle was stopped when rear-ended by another vehicle travelling about 30 mph. passenger side front seat-belt failed to tighten and passenger struck the dashboard. the brakes failed and driver had to use emergency brake to stop rolling. fluid was seen on the driver's side front wheel well. both front seats were knocked off track and could not be re-adjusted. vehicle is being repaired as of 11/01/04.*ak | |||

| While applying the brakes the vehicle vibrated uncontrollably. the driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it to the dealer for inspection. the mechanic informed the consumer that the rotors needed to be rotated. the mechanic rotated the rotors and the problem recurred. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer for inspection again and the mechanic informed the driver that the rotors needed to be replaced. please provide further details. *jb | |||
