| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet trailblazer. while the contact was driving approximately 55 mph, he noticed that the front passenger automatic shoulder belt retractor became inoperative. the seat belt webbing would not extract. the failure occurred whenever the ignition key was turned into the on position. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they informed that the seat belt functioned normally. the vehicle was not repaired and the failure continued. the failure mileage and vin were unavailable. js | |||
