The head restraints required by fmvss202 are causing excessive neck pain after more than 30 minutes in the vehicle. as all cars must now have severe angles on head restraints, i can't find a vehicle that allows me to sit up straight without bending my neck forward.this horrible regulation has forced me to modify the restraint in order to use the vehicle. the neck pain is an urgent safety problem.
