| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 chevy traverse. the tire brand was goodyear and the tire size was p255/65/r18. the dot was 4bxmardr. the contacted noticed a chopping sound coming from the tire on the drivers side of the vehicle while driving 40 mph. the contact has taken the vehicle four times to various dealers and had also contacted the manufacturer. the technicians did not diagnosed the vehicle and they stated there was nothing wrong with the tires. the manufacturer stated the contact needed to replace the tires if she was not comfortable with the sound. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 26,781. ds | |||
