| Tl - the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet traverse. the contact stated that the vehicle only came equipped with bridgestone dueler h/t 684 tires, line size 255/55/20. the contact mentioned that he was concerned for his safety because the vehicle would hydro plane and would not get any traction when driving on snow. the vehicle was taken to dealer who stated that the only tire available for replacement was a tire of the same brand and size. the dealer also advised that installing tires of a different size would void the warranty. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. the vehicle was not repaired. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 5,000 and the current mileage was 60,000. kmj | |||
