| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 chevy uplander. he stated that on june 16, 2008, while he was at a stop light the vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle at 60 mph and the air bags did not deploy. the passenger side of vehicle sustained extensive damages and was towed from the scene to a facility. the contact sustained injuries to his neck , shoulder, ribs and knees. a police report was filed. the failure and current mileage was 8,000...mr | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet uplander. while driving approximately 50 mph and applying pressure to the brake pedal, the vehicle hesitated and stalled for three to four minutes. the contact pulled over to the side of the highway. the vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer. the technician stated that the failure was related to the abs and wiring. the vehicle was repaired; however, the frontal air bags were not operating and the brakes made a grinding noise after the repair. the failure and current mileages were unknown. | |||
