 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet uplander. when the ice begins to defrost in the winter, it falls directly onto the windshield and hinders visibility. as a result, a crash could occur. the contact stated that the ice should roll off the sides of the vehicle. the vehicle will be taken to the dealer for a diagnostic. the failure mileage was 12 and current mileage was 12,000. updated 11/24/08 *cn the consumer also stated the vehicle cut off while making a turn. updated 11/26/08. *jb
