My husband and i were driving back from visiting family on 895n approximately 2 miles from the habor tunnel when our 1999 chevy tahoe lost all power. all emergency lights were lit on the dashboard. we were driving at approximately 65mph with the a/c on and the satellite radio on. this incident has happened in the past and we knew that the ecmb fuse had blown. we replaced the blown fuse and the vehicle restarted with no problems. we were about 2 miles out of the tunnel when the vehicle lost power again. the same fuse was blown. this happened 3 additional times in the course of 30 minutes. we were in moderately heavy beltway traffic and were very lucky that no accidents or injuries occurred in the 5 times the vehilcle lost power.
