| Tl*the contact owns 2005 chrysler 300. when the gas tank was full, the vehicle stalled and shut down without warning. the recent failure occurred while driving 35 mph out of the gas station and the vehicle shut down several times. she was able to get home. she took the vehicle to the dealer; however the diagnose did not the locate the failure. she also took the vehicle to a local mechanic to be diagnosed and the failure was not located. she also stated that she experienced failure with the driver and passenger side seats. the failure mileage was 75,000 and the current mileage was 100,000. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2005 chrysler 300c. the contact stated that the driver's seat failed to move and the vehicle would stall and shut off every two months. the failures usually occur without warning and while driving 15 mph. on july 17, 2007, the vehicle was towed to the dealer and they found nothing wrong. the current mileage is 37,000 and failure mileage was 8. | |||

| Dt: it felt like the design of the vehicle was a safety deffect. took vehicle to 3 dealerships and they were fully aware of the problem. there were blind spots when making a left or right turn. from the drivers seat to the head rest on passengers seat one could not see the passengers side window. noticed this the first week after purchasing the vehicle. *ak | |||

| (1)the rear seats on the chrysler 300 c came forward in a head on accident. the weight of the luggage in the trunk pushed against the seat, broke the latch and put excessive pressure against a 9 and 11 year old held in by the seat belt. it caused their backs to break and caused major internal damage to their organic. (2)on impact (which was a head on) the car lost all electrical power making it impossible for the doors and trunk to be opened from the outside. this caused a major delay in removing the boys from the rear of the car. (3)even though it was a front end collision a fire broke out in the trunk destroying everything. the car is rapped in plastic and stored under cover. *jb | |||
