| My 2006 chysler 300 has ductwork problems. the heat will not go off! also the seat warmers are very warm even when they suppose to be off. it's like sitting in a fire while driving. this has to be unsafe. call dealer marty cancillas and service technician is aware of issue but wants to charge a $139 diagnostic fee to tell me what he already knows to be wrong. he said it was the ductwork or modor motor or some component of the ductwork in dashboard area. please investigate. | |||

| I have a 300 touring which also has the jerking problem when it is on cruise control but my biggest concern is the seat warmer while on burned a hole in the back of my back. we smelled something burning but my husband thought it to be something outside the following day while placing my daughters wedding dress in the back seat. i saw a burned hole in the back of the driver seat. when taken to the dealer they said it looked to them like a cigarette burn. we don't smoke. *ak | |||
