| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 chrylser 300. the contact stated as he started his vehicle and getting ready to move, the vehicle would not move. after inspecting the vehicle he notice both front wheels where pointing in different directions. the tie rod end falls off the vehicle on the ground causing the vehicle to not steered. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer. the manufacturer was contacted who stated there are no recalls or warranty. a claim was file and informed him a case manager will return his call to informed him if they will repair the vehicle or not. he was also told it was his responsibility to repair his own vehicle. the failure mileage was 37,930. mw | |||
