| Driving on highway during cold winter day (20 degrees or below) when the cars computer system shut down and a few seconds later re-booted. the car continued to do so during the drive home and during the next week until i could get an appointment with local dealership. took to dealership and they were unsure of the issue. showed them a video that was taken while driving on the highway (very unsafe to have your car totally shut down while going 70 mph). they replaced the ignition switch -- not warrantied, $300 repair. this has happened every year with the exception of 2012 (weather in region was warmer and didn't meet conditions as previous years). now it's 2013 and the same thing happened during a recent blizzard. dealership says their hands are tied, but i think this is a chrysler defective part issue. something in very cold weather is causing the computer system to shut down, which could cause a driver to lose control of the vehicle. this is a scary situation, especially if you don't know what's happening. i have video of the issue from a recent commute, as well as the documentation of the on-going issue starting back in 2010. chrysler was contacted on 2/21/2013 with the details. my utmost concern is that this will (or has) caused a fatality and chrysler seems unwilling to acknowledge the problem with this defective part. . | |||

| Shift park lock mechanism - we are just get this problem and call chrysler they refuse to fix the problem. they had recall k36 and k16. a lot of these problem online but people fix by them self. some of the get pay a lot money to fix this issue. i think this is flaws that chrysler should recall to fix all the car. happen around from 50,000 miles. hope official will get chrysler send letter out to fix all. i won't buy chrysler again. *tr | |||

| Vehicle wouldn't come out of park. went online and found out about the pink thingies. the override one did not work. was able to press the other one in and got it into reverse and it was stuck there. just happened to also manually press the shift cable into place (after 2 hours) and was able to get it into drive. according to the service station, they have this replacement part in stock because it breaks so often. and according to chrysler our vehicle is not under the recall (only some are), and they would notate our dissatisfaction (they know and admit that this breaks often, but won't fix it on all effected vehicles). thankfully it did this after we came back from the holiday weekend. | |||

| For the past 1 1/2 years my car has been turning off when the car is idle or stuck in traffic (barely using any gas). it has also happened while driving and while in stop and go traffic and making turns. no indication of turning off, steering just locks up but car starts right back up. i took my car somewhere last year and they said no codes came so they couldn't help me. | |||

| In ability to move gear shift lever out of park. chrysler will not honor already established recall due to vin # not meeting criteria however year and model does match an already issues recall. please adjust recall to match this vin number as described problems are happening to more cars than in the scope of vin #'s issued | |||

| I was stopped at a red light & front end began to shake , i pulled into a parking lot & shut car off . i got out and seen anti-freeze coming out , so i called aaa & had my car towed approx 38 miles to my shop . my mechanic picked the car up the following tuesday & repaired it . he said the engine cooling fan assembly separated & two of the fan blades broke off & went through my radiator . after i picked it up , i began research on this problem . i found a ( campaign - radiator cooling fan replacement bulletin from chrysler corp. from june 2011 ( mdh 042912 ) that said the fan could separate & cause damage to the radiator , i never recieved notice & i gave them my vin # & they said my vehicle was not part of the recall & would not re-imburse me for the repair or tow bill . they said that was for 2006-2007 & 2008 models built up to april 29 , 2008 ( my car was built in may of 2007 ) , i told them that the same problem listed in the recall happened to my car . i don't know what to do next except get a lawyer but can't afford it ????? thx.........tim patterson | |||

| Emergency car jack failed while changing tire on flat surface, car jack gave out and dropped vehicle breaking rear stabilizer bar. could have been seriously injured if i was by tire location or under vehicle. the car also has a shifter column that will lock in park and will not change to any other gear, locks shifter leaving you stranded. chrysler has recall on other vehicles using same equipment but not the 2007 chrysler 300c. the car jack could not support vehicle and bent almost in half | |||

| I have a 2007 chrysler 300 and i love it until now!!! on friday 5/6/11 i was pulling out of my drive way when i put the car on park to close my gate i got back it and it was tuck on park even with trying the pink release button. from what i researched it is a very common problem in this type of car. there really should be a recall on this vehicle. it is ridiculous that the manufacture won't cover this problem with no charge to the costumers. i am extremely disappointed in chrysler and will never do business with this company again!! | |||

| I have a 2007 chrysler 300 and it is right under 60,000 miles. it is stuck in park and wont release even with the pink switch . i did some research on line with this problem.. apparently it is a common thing. i took it in to repair this and i have maximum lifetime care and it won't even cover replaceing this. there should be a recall on this. | |||

| I have a crysler 300 2007. i was preparing to leave my house. i turned my car on, pressed on my brakes and began to shift the gear out of park to drive and it wouldnt budge. i left the car on check my brake lights and other parts of the car. everything was working fine, turned the car off and tried again the engine light can on and the gear still would not adjust out of park!!! | |||

| Car shifter locked up and could not get vehicle out of park, after trying really hard to put it into drive, i was able to get the shifter to change to drive, but when i got home i had to put extra presurre on the shifter to get to park. this is extremely unsafe because the car could roll by itself since it is extremely hard to place the shifter in park | |||
