 Tl- the contact owns a 2004 chrysler 300m. the contact stated the driver side seat reclined while they were traveling 20 mph. the seat broke lose and fell all the way back. the contact took out the seat and found that the actuator that controls the seat is a plastic piece and it broke completely off. the bolts and structure of the seat were still in place. the dealer stated that they cannot replace the part, but that the entire seat needs to be replaced. the contact feels this is a safety issue, because if the driver was going faster it could cause an accident. the failure mileage and current mileages was 123000.rl
