| I owned a new 2007 chrysler aspen that the passenger seat -heating element malfunctioned while the vehicle was turned off. vehicle caught on fire and was totaled. reported to chrysler dealership and they stated, it was not a recall issue. i strongly disagree. fire department (chief arson investigator) clearly states in his report that it was a factory issue and very clearly fire started (while vehicle had been parked for 6-7 hours) in the passenger seat and ignited catching the vehicle on fire. *tr | |||
