	'recall campaign' issued for chrysler power seat adjuster defect. bf while attempting to correct a recall, in which the consumer never gave authorization to do the work because the consumer requested that she be called first, the dealer damaged the exterior of the vehicle and the consumer also noticed grease on the seats. the dealer stated when they removed the original track it broke. the consumer stated the seat did not move as it did previously. jb
