| Tl*the contact owns a 2004 chrysler pacifica. when the contact starts the vehicle, the fuel gauge dial fluctuates up and down at random. the fuel light illuminates and a sound is heard as well. the dealer stated that the fuel gauge pedometer failed. the contact was informed that there were no recalls, but learned of a technical service bulletin. he believes that the vehicle should be under a recall for this failure. the dealer refused to repair the vehicle; therefore, the contact was responsible for the repair cost. the failure mileage was 68,729. updated 6/9/08 *cn | |||
