| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 chrysler pacifica. the contact stated that the driver seat and front passenger seat no longer move forward and backwards. the dealer stated that the grounding went out on the memory module. the failure mileage and current mileage was 98000.rl | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chrysler pacifica. since may of 2009, the contact has noticed white foam on the floor of the vehicle. she discovered that the foam was falling from the back padding of the driver's seat. the seat was intact, but the contact believed that the foam was dry rotted. the vehicle was taken in to have the dry rotted foam repaired; however, the contact did not want to pay for the repair. chrysler stated that they would have paid for the repair if the vehicle had less than 36,000 miles. chrysler admitted that there was a defect, but would not cover the repair due to the mileage on the vehicle. the failure mileage was 46,000. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chrysler pacifica. while driving 55 mph, the driver seat pushed the contact against the steering wheel. no warning lights were present. he pulled off the road and approximately ten minutes later, he was able to maneuver the seat into its original position. the dealer has not been notified. the current mileage was 28,893 and failure mileage was 24,800. the 6-way powered seat actuated to the full forward position. the consumer was unable to stop the seat by using the switches. updated 10/11/07. *jb | |||
