| Vehicle did not stop when heavy braking required to avoid crashing into the rear of a vehicle stopped at an intersection. vehicle was stopped then proceeded slowly forward and required heavy braking due to a sudden stop of vehicle ahead. with full force applied to the brake peddle, vehicle seemed to release braking and accerate forward until stopped by colliding into other vehicle. passengers thought driver pressed on accelerator and looked at drivers foot on brake peddle appling full force and steering to the left in an attempt to steer clear. | |||
