| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 chrysler pt cruiser. the contact stated that while traveling approximately 45mph she has experienced two tire blow outs because the rims do not seal tightly. this is not a tire complaint. the first blow out was the rear drivers side. the second blow out was the rear passenger side. the owner took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the rear passenger rim. the other 3 rims were not replaced because the technician stated there were no defect found. the owner has had to replace two tires because of the defective rims. the vehicle is currently at the dealer for service and to do diagnostics on the rims. the failure was approximately 39,000. rd | |||
