| During a summer storm several years ago with changes in pressure my windshield cracked from the seam about 4 to 5 inches out from the passenger side. the vehicle was parked in a drive way. there is no damage as though it was hit. it was simply parked one night and the crack was visible the next day. since then, it is almost 3/4 of the way to the driver side right at eye level. there is now a second crack following another storm with pressure changes, starting at the seam as well just above the rear view mirror that goes down 2 to 3 inches and then goes to the passenger side approximately 4 to 5 inches. i have contacted chrysler and they refuse to acknowledge this could be a manufacturing issue although research shows previous recalls on pt cruiser windshields for the same reason of improper installation. *tr | |||
