Defect Summary	Federal-mogul is recalling certain replacement control arm assemblies, part numbers k7425, 10945, fa4510x, k7427, 10946, and fa4611x, sold for use on various passenger vehicles listed above. the ball joint on the control arm assembly can fail causing the ball stud to wear through the control arm housing resulting in noise and/or separation of the ball stud from the housing.
Consequence Summary	If there is a separation of the ball stud from the housing, the driver can loose steering control, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash.
Corrective Summary	Federal-mogul will notify owners of record and replace the affected control arms free of charge. the safety recall is expected to begin during january 2011. owners may contact federal-mogul at 1-877-489-6659.

	The horn goes off intermittently and eventually the only alternative is to disconnect it, because of poor assembly from chrysler, they attached the horn to the airbag and the entire system has to be replaced- if the horn does not work, neither does the airbag. a death trap. poor design of the 2.7 engine by chrysler..oil light flickers... oil sludge build up which will cause catastrphic engine failure and result in an accident. chrysler refuses to address these problems.

	Horn started going off by itself and would not stop while driving. this is dangerous and could cause a crash. this has happened numberous times. it is very difficult to get it to stop (have to turn steering wheel and continuosly press horn down until stops). i've read numberous complaints about the same and think that this should be a recall due to number of people impacted.

	I was driving i came to the red light all of a sudden i hear this ding as if my seat belt was not on and the radio goes completely out. i try turning it back on and nothing. i get to my destination and get out of the car and press the door lock on the remote control and nothing happens. i press the trunk release in the car and on the remote control and still nothing happens. i get out of the car, so i press the door lock on the remote control and car and still nothing, i had to press the single door lock to lock the doors. i get home and change out the fuse that is located in the car by the driver

	My car, 2005 chrysler sebring, 2.4 dual over head (vin 1c3el46x95n6) has a broken motor mount bracket (front). it is on national back order and cannot be attained in the near future. over 250 people are waiting for this part and are currently on the waiting list, as am i. i cannot attain this part and further damage is being done to my vehical because i have no choice but to drive it without the bracket. chrysler coorp. refuses to provide me with a rental for the time being.
